Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms", version 1.2) govern your access to and use of SchdoSocial at schdosocial.tech. By creating an account, connecting Facebook or YouTube, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

SchdoSocial is a web application that lets you connect Facebook Pages and YouTube channels, compose content, schedule posts and videos, create recurring scheduling models, upload media, and publish through the Meta Graph API and YouTube API Services. Features include auto-publishing, publish retries, in-app and email notifications, activity logs, multi-Page/channel management, and optional AI-assisted replies. Features may change as the product evolves.

YouTube Terms of Service

SchdoSocial uses YouTube API Services. By using any YouTube-related features of SchdoSocial, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You must also comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable Google API / YouTube API Services policies. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

If you upload or publish video content through SchdoSocial to YouTube, you certify that your content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and that you have the rights needed to publish it. YouTube may remove content that violates its policies, and SchdoSocial may suspend related features if required for compliance.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and active sessions.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You must have authority to manage every Facebook Page and YouTube channel you connect to SchdoSocial.
  • You must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy before using registration or OAuth sign-in flows.

Free Service

SchdoSocial is currently offered free of charge for scheduling and auto-publishing to connected Facebook Pages and YouTube channels (subject to any plan limits shown in the product). We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate Meta Platform Policies, Facebook Community Standards, YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, or applicable laws
  • Publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or spam content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service, APIs, or rate limits
  • Use the service to send unauthorized automated messages or misleading ads
  • Access accounts, Pages, or channels you are not authorized to manage
  • Upload malware or media that violates Facebook or YouTube format or content rules

Facebook Integration

Connecting Facebook requires granting the permissions shown during Meta authorization. You may revoke access through Facebook settings, disconnect Pages in SchdoSocial, or delete Facebook data from Settings > Privacy. Some features will stop working if required permissions are removed.

SchdoSocial complies with Meta requirements for deauthorization and data deletion callbacks. See our Data Deletion page for details.

YouTube Integration

Connecting YouTube requires granting the Google/YouTube permissions shown during OAuth. You authorize SchdoSocial to access and use YouTube API Data only to provide the features you request (such as channel connection, scheduling, publishing, syncing, and optional comment tools). You may disconnect channels in SchdoSocial, delete YouTube data from Settings > Privacy, or revoke access via Google security settings. Some features will stop working if required permissions are removed.

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant SchdoSocial a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the service - including publishing to Facebook or YouTube on your behalf, storing media on Cloudinary, and showing previews in your dashboard.

Scheduling and Auto-Publishing

When you schedule a post or video, you authorize SchdoSocial to publish it at the selected time using your connected Page or channel tokens. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled content before the publish time. We use background workers and job queues to deliver posts but do not guarantee delivery at an exact second or uninterrupted third-party API availability.

Media Uploads

Uploaded images and videos must comply with Facebook- and YouTube-supported formats and size limits. Media may be stored on Cloudinary or local storage (development only). You are responsible for having rights to all media you upload.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, specific reach or engagement, error-free operation, or continued availability of third-party platforms (including Facebook and YouTube).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchdoSocial and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the service, Facebook or YouTube outages, or publishing failures.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings > Privacy.

Upon account deletion, we remove your user record and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy. Content already live on Facebook or YouTube is not removed by SchdoSocial.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version and date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SchdoSocial is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised through our contact channel below.
