Data Deletion Instructions
সর্বশেষ Update: September 9, 2026
SchdoSocial (schdosocial.tech) complies with Meta Platform requirements and YouTube API Services policies for user data deletion. This page explains how to request deletion of data stored in SchdoSocial, what is removed, and how to check the status of a Meta-initiated request.
Ways to Request Deletion
1. Remove SchdoSocial from Facebook (Meta callback)
When you remove SchdoSocial from your Facebook account and request data deletion, Meta sends a signed request to our API. We process it automatically and return a confirmation code and status URL.
- Meta data deletion callback:
POST https://server.schdosocial.tech/api/v1/legal/facebook/data-deletion - Meta deauthorize callback:
POST https://server.schdosocial.tech/api/v1/legal/facebook/deauthorize
After processing, Meta redirects you here with a confirmation code in the URL (for example: https://schdosocial.tech/data-deletion?code=...).
2. Delete Facebook data in SchdoSocial (logged in)
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Privacy and click Delete Facebook Data. This removes Facebook connections, encrypted tokens, connected Pages, and posts linked to Facebook - while keeping your SchdoSocial account active.
3. Delete YouTube data in SchdoSocial (logged in)
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Privacy and click Delete YouTube Data. This removes YouTube channel connections, encrypted Google/YouTube tokens, and posts linked to YouTube - while keeping your SchdoSocial account active.
You can also revoke SchdoSocial's access to your Google account at Google security settings. After revocation, we delete stored YouTube/Google Authorized Data associated with that consent as soon as reasonably possible (and no later than required by YouTube API Services policies).
4. Delete your entire SchdoSocial account
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Confirm your email (and password if set). This permanently deletes your account and all associated application data listed below.
What Is Deleted
Facebook data deletion (options 1 and 2)
- Facebook connection records and encrypted user/Page access tokens
- Connected Facebook Page records (names, IDs, pictures, follower counts)
- Posts synced from Facebook or linked to a Facebook post ID in SchdoSocial
- Messenger chat history stored in SchdoSocial (conversations, messages, and related customer records for those Pages)
- Your Facebook login link on your SchdoSocial user profile
If you later connect the same Facebook Page again, SchdoSocial fetches the current Messenger threads from Facebook so the inbox is filled from Meta, not from deleted local copies.
YouTube data deletion (option 3)
- YouTube channel connection records and encrypted OAuth access/refresh tokens
- Connected channel records (names, IDs, pictures, subscriber counts, custom URLs)
- Posts synced from YouTube or linked to a YouTube video ID in SchdoSocial
Full account deletion (option 4)
In addition to Facebook and YouTube data above, we also delete:
- Your user profile (name, email, avatar, preferences)
- All posts (drafts, scheduled, published, and failed)
- Scheduling models and recurring schedule rules
- In-app notifications
- Activity log entries
- Active login sessions and auth tokens
What Is Not Deleted
- Facebook or YouTube content already published:posts and videos live on those platforms remain under Meta's or Google/YouTube's control. Delete them directly on the platform if needed.
- Cloudinary media files: uploaded images/videos may remain in shared storage pools until removed through individual post deletion workflows or administrative maintenance. Database records for your account are removed.
- Meta deletion audit records: confirmation codes and completion timestamps may be retained briefly to verify deletion requests.
Deletion Timeline
Meta-initiated and in-app Facebook or YouTube data deletions are processed as soon as reasonably possible when our servers receive a valid request. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirmation codes can be used to verify Meta deletion completion on this page.
Check Deletion Status
If Meta redirected you here after a deletion request, your confirmation code appears in the URL. You can also delete Facebook or YouTube data anytime from Settings > Privacy, or permanently delete your account from the same page.
